linkAnordic was created with you as a user in mind. We’ve therefore tried to make the process as simple and transparent as possible. (No user account is needed!)

Press send - Congrats! 🥳 You’ve now applied successfully!
You’ll receive a confirmation email - *Remember to check your junk/spam folder!
The hiring recruiter(s) will contact you as soon as they decide to move forward with your application.
That’s it! 🏁 Simple right?! 😅

SIMPLE APPLICATION

Did you notice the text: SIMPLE APPLICATION before applying to some of the job opportunities? Well, this means that the application for those Nordic job opportunities do not require CVs/Resumes or Cover Letter as a first step in the application process, which makes the application process even faster. They prefer to receive your contact details so they can contact you regarding the job opportunity.

linkAnordic is a free job platform for Nordic language speakers who wish to find work abroad. You can think of it as a free tool for you as a job seeker.
You will find a button called “ask a recruiter“ which should be below the “apply now“ button. You will be able to ask any questions/doubts you may have regarding the job role and it will be sent directly to the hiring recruiters.
You can still apply to a job abroad without using the “ask a recruiter“ feature as well. Nothing is mandatory!

If you speak Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian or Swedish you should check out the job page which you can find here. Click on the language you speak fluently/natively and browse the job offers abroad.
This will depend on the hiring recruiter but they normally respond fast once they decide to proceed with your application.
Most likely no but you never know. Each company work differently and they have their own standard way of working. With that being said there are some companies which do contact candidates regardless if they do proceed or not in the application process.

You can always re-send your application, if you think the information missing is important enough.
We recommend that you send your application in English. Meaning answering the questions in the application form, your CV and Cover Letter (if added and required) in English.
We definitely recommend that you include a Cover Letter in English even if it’s not required.
Try to open the same job description (link) in “incognito mode” on your web browser. If that doesn’t work please contact us on the chat box/facebook with the link to the job description.

There are 2 ways to see if you have sent an application successfully:
1) After submitting your application, there will be a picture on your screen, congratulating you on your application submission.
2) You will automatically receive an notification email that your application has successfully been received during the day and sent to the hiring company. (Make sure you check your spam/junk email folder).
