We are looking for Swedish speaking Data Labeller to join our growing team in beautiful Poland!😍 This is an exciting opportunity for any Swedish language speaker who is interested in experiencing life abroad while working remotely from Poland. 🥳
As a Data Labeller, you will oversee the review and management of user-generated content to ensure it meets company guidelines and quality standards. Your role involves handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure the successful moderation of content while achieving client satisfaction and adhering to company policies. The Data Labeller will act as the primary point of contact for any content-related issues.
REQUIREMENTS
You must be located in Poland as we do not offer relocation package.
Native fluency in Swedish.
Familiar with the culture of Swedish language.
Experience within data annotation / labelling.
Great attention to details and strong analytical skills.
Fast critical thinking.
Strong time management skills.
Strong self-organization, decision making with objectivity.
Resilience - the job involves exposure to disturbing content.
Project overview
Work Days: Monday - Friday.
Project duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.
Remote job opportunity, from any place in Poland.
Work cannot be performed from any other country.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance accordingly to processes, policies and guidelines.
Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate.
Actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production.
Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge.
