We are a service provider company based in Malta which specializes in management of strategic activities such as: compliance, marketing, negotiations, and customer relation.
Currently we have an open position for a Swedish-speaking Sales Team Leader.
We are searching a positive, creative and fearless person who loves push the limits to join our dynamic and creative Sales Department.
Who are we looking for?
Managing the sales team and meet the team targets.
Listening to sellers calls and help the seller in closing.
Opening a Support Ticket as needed.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Checking the Daily Report- and act accordingly.
Checking the sellers performance from the day before and give each seller the daily target.
As needed, one on one meeting with sellers and handling disciplinary issues from the day before During the shift.
Responsible of the sales representative’s motivation.
Giving feedback on one representative each day to the shift manager at the beginning of the shift Attendance Report.
Qualifications
Fluent level of Swedish, level C1/C2.
Passion for providing excellent customer service.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Strong team player.
Previous experience in sales leading team / manager experience – mandatory.
