Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representatives to Greece!

What will you do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with technical issues, sales inquiries, and subscription-related concerns via inbound calls and emails. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting device problems, resolving missing channel issues, addressing sales queries, and assisting with subscription and invoice-related matters.
Working Hours:
Monday to Sunday, 08:00-22:00 (Greek time), 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.
Experience Required:
No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
Monthly Compensation:
• Competitive salary for the Greek market.
• 14 salary payments across 12 months, including extra payments at summer and Christmas.
• Monthly performance bonus of up to €280 after the first 6 months, as a salary increase.
